Terms & Conditions – Conditions Not Covered by Warranty

1. Tyres worn beyond the tread wear indicator (TWI).

2. Damage caused by road hazards, including cuts, punctures, impact breaks, or non-repairable damages.

3. Damage resulting from incorrect mounting/demounting, wheel misalignment, or unbalanced tyres.

4. Damage caused by mechanical issues in the vehicle.

5. Tyres used on overloaded vehicles, at high speeds, or with incorrect tyre pressures (under-inflation or over-inflation).

6. Tyres not fitted according to the company’s technical recommendations or improper care and maintenance.

7. Damage due to accidents, fire, chemical exposure, tyre alterations, or vandalism.

8. Tyres with exposed ply/cords, previously repaired, or re-treaded.

9. Tyres with severe uneven wear or misalignment (MAL).

10. Tyre defects caused by extreme climate, ozone exposure, or improper storage.

11. Tyres purchased from unauthorized or second-hand dealers.

12. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects as stated in the warranty statement.

13. The company reserves the right to modify or update warranty terms without prior notice.

Important Notice:

• The warranty does not cover losses, damages, or costs related to tyre failure, including mounting, demounting, alignment, or balancing.

• The warranty only applies to the specific tyre under claim. Other tyres or vehicle components are not covered.

• JK Tyre reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time, without prior notice.
